By downloading, installing, or using this app, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app. Your continued use of the app following any updates to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

This app is intended for users aged 13 and over. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. Users under the age of 13 should not use the app without direct parental or guardian supervision, particularly when it comes to making in-app purchases. Parents and guardians are responsible for monitoring and supervising any use of the app by minors in their care.

The app uses a virtual currency called "Coins" to access AI-powered features. The following terms apply to Coins and all in-app purchases.

3.1 How Coins Work

Each use of the AI feature costs one (1) Coin. A Coin is only deducted upon successful completion of the AI process — that is, when the AI returns the expected image data and it has been successfully saved to our servers. If the AI process fails for any reason (e.g., API access failure, no image data returned), no Coin will be deducted.

3.2 Free Coins

Upon first installing the app, every new user receives three (3) free Coins. These are provided so that users can explore the app's features before making a purchase. Free Coins are non-transferable and are subject to the account terms described in Section 4.

3.3 Purchasing Coins

Additional Coins can be purchased via in-app purchase. The available packages are:

• 3 Coins — AUD 1.49
• 12 Coins — AUD 4.99
• 30 Coins — AUD 9.99

Prices above are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD). Users will be shown the equivalent price in their local currency at the time of purchase, as determined by the App Store or Google Play. All purchases are charged to the payment method linked to the user's App Store or Google Play account.

3.4 Coin Transfers

Coins cannot be transferred between accounts, with one exception: when a Guest (Anonymous) account is linked to a Sign in with Apple or Sign in with Google account for the first time, the Guest account's Coin balance is carried over to the new account. Please refer to Section 4 for details.

The app creates and manages a user account to store your information (see our Privacy Policy for details). We offer the following account types:

4.1 Anonymous (Guest) Account

When you open the app for the first time, you are automatically signed in as a "Guest" using a temporary anonymous account. As a Guest, you can use all AI features and make in-app purchases.

Please be aware of the following limitations of a Guest account:

• Your data (including Coin balance and AI-processed results) is stored on our servers. However, your Guest account is identified by a temporary user ID that is cached on your device, and access to your data is only valid for as long as that user ID is recognized on the device. The preservation of the Guest user ID on your device is outside of our control.
• If your Guest user ID is lost — due to uninstalling the app, clearing app-related data, resetting your device, or any other cause — the app will no longer be able to identify you, and your data on our servers will become inaccessible. A new Guest account will be created the next time you launch the app.
• We do not guarantee the preservation of any data or Coins acquired while using a Guest account.

The app will encourage you to sign in with Apple or Google. When you do so for the first time, all of your Guest account data — including your Coin balance and AI-processed history — will be transferred to your new signed-in account. This one-time transfer occurs only at the point of first sign-in.

4.2 Sign in with Apple / Sign in with Google

You may choose to sign in using your Apple ID or Google account. A signed-in account offers the following benefits:

• Your Coin balance and AI-processed data are securely stored and associated with your account.
• Your data is preserved across devices, app reinstalls, and data resets.
• You can restore access to your account at any time by signing in again.

For these reasons, we strongly recommend signing in — especially before making any in-app purchases.

Please review the following refund terms carefully before making a purchase:

• Coins that have already been used (i.e., applied to a completed AI process) are non-refundable.
• Coins purchased while using a Guest account that are subsequently lost due to actions such as uninstalling the app, clearing app data, or resetting your device are non-refundable. We are unable to recover Coins lost as a result of Guest account limitations.
• For any issues relating to the payment transaction itself (e.g., duplicate charges or billing errors), please follow the refund policies of the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, as all transactions are processed directly by those platforms.

All payments are processed directly by Apple or Google through their respective platforms. By completing a purchase, you agree to their payment and billing terms. We do not process your payment. For billing disputes, please contact Apple or Google support or manage your account through the App Store or Google Play.

Coins are a virtual currency with no real-world monetary value. They cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred for value, or redeemed outside of this app. Coins represent a limited, revocable license granted to you by us and are not your property. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the virtual currency system at any time, subject to applicable law.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you are found to be in violation of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or otherwise acting in a manner that harms other users or the integrity of the service. Upon termination, any unused Coins or data in your account may be forfeited without compensation.

If you wish to delete your account, please refer to Section 8 of our Privacy Policy.

All content, features, and functionality of the app — including but not limited to the software, design, graphics, and text — are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal and commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from the app itself without our prior written consent.

AI-processed images produced through your use of the app are yours to use freely, including for personal, commercial, or publication purposes, without any obligation to attribute or reference this app.

Similarly, we are not responsible for any claims, damages, or disputes arising from your use of images produced by this app, including but not limited to claims of copyright infringement, defamation, or any other third-party claims. You use AI-processed outputs at your own risk and are solely responsible for ensuring that your use complies with all applicable laws and does not infringe the rights of any third party.

The app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the app shall not exceed the total amount you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including the Australian Consumer Law.

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any aspect of the app — including features, pricing, and available in-app purchase products — at any time. We will endeavour to provide reasonable notice of material changes where practicable. Your continued use of the app after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia, including the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable legislation that cannot be excluded by contract.

The app is distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store, and these Terms are intended to be consistent with their respective developer policies and guidelines. In the event of a conflict, the requirements of the applicable platform may take precedence.

This app is made available for download in countries where it is listed on the relevant app stores. We make no representation that the app or its content is appropriate or available for use in all locations.
